Lied to me on delivery time food cold and not fresh
Called the restaurant 2 days ago trying to get somebody to help us, we got a big size portion of the wonton soup when we ordered two small containers of wonton soup, delivery driver named Jesse complain because we gave him a $4 tip noone ever called

I was so kind and this was honestly the worst service or treatment I have ever received. I am here 3 wks in the hospital with my daughter who is finally able to eat again and so I wanted to get her a treat. I ordered online, and then about 45 min later I went outside to wait 25 min for delivery. It never came. I had missed calls and called him back, he said he would be here in 15 after another delivery, he did not come because I didnt anwer his call(which I hadnt been informed to look out for) Meanwhile I called the restaurant to share concern kindly and was hung up on. I wnt out and waited again. When food arrived it smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke, not food. I asked if he had been smoking in the car with the food. He said yes, but its ok, its in bags. I said Im sorry but I cannot accept that food. He seemed verbally and visibly offended and put the bag back on the passenger side floor. I went back now 2 hours after ordering and called the restaurant. I was told again the manager was on a call and would call me back at the number on caller ID. No call. I tried calling again and was diverted to fax machine...I called from another phone, same answer, same no call and I call back to be diverted again. I called from a 3rd phone, now 3 hours after ordering. I shared my story with another employee from my heart and asked for the manager. I told him my story and said at this point Id like a refund and to be done with all this. He agreed kindly. He said he would be just a moment to see how the refund needed to be and instead of putting me on hold, diverted me to calling the delivery driver. I finished all this in tears. My daughter hungry and in tears. We were able to recover and find some simple foods for her to eat. This was all just so strange to me.
Shrimp lo mein did not have much shrimp, needs more

The food average is three: it is hot, tasty and the delivery is quick. Trying again to see how the Rib Tips will be. The first time the sauce was spicy and I liked it. However, the second time the sauce not so spicy. Thus, giving you a third chance. Thank you.

Food very good, & fast delivery. I only wish there was a way to add on & pay for extra item. They didn't read notes listed on order. I requested egg in my fried rice didn't get it. i was very aware of the $1 extra charge they didnt add my chopsticks.

Food was good. Unfortunately, with the weather, it took 4 hours to get our food. It was still hot and tasty (except the spring rolls weren't great) we also never received our free add on of General Tso's Chicken. All in all i wish i received a phone call giving us a time frame before all other options closed (ordered at 8:20PM, called them at 9:50, called BeyondMenu at 11:15 and got a call from the restaurant at 11:50 PM asking if we still wanted the order and that it was leaving now) If we had known that it would be that late, we would have cancelled and ordered from a different place. Besides the obvious though the driver and person answering the phone were very nice and apologetic, and once we got it, the food was very good. We may order again, but will for sure take the weather into affect next time because it seems like they are a bit understaffed for a large rush.

My food was two hours late. Then they driver tells me some story about him having to go downtown for a delivery. I live 7 minutes away from the restaurant. My food was good as always but the delivery sucked!

I ordered sweet tea, instead of them calling to tell me that, they just brought an extra soda as if they had no other varieties. The driver was upset because I had "no tip for him". The sweet & sour chicken was HORRIBLE & the bourbon chicken was too
Waited an hour for delivery before calling then they just said "it's on the way." Driver arrived with no credit card swipe even though I specifically said credit card. Everything was sorted out.
I had my pickup time as 4:30, but called them to say go ahead and make it because I was early. She said it was already made. So my food would've been old and cold if I had picked it up at 4:30 because she made it an hour before
